the Tea Partiers tell the truth. They want lower taxes and smaller government, and they'll tell you that, even if it makes them look cruel.
I want the Dems to tall the truth, too. I want them to stop saying that the super-rich "don't pay their fair share," and to start saying, "We want a lot of stuff. And we can't afford or are unwilling to pay for that stuff ourselves. So we're going to make you pay for it for us."
At least it'd be honest.

But do the Tea Partiers really tell the truth? They say they want lower taxes, but they support endless war and corporate welfare. They say they want smaller government, but they want government involved in deciding who can get married or who can get an abortion.
Seriously, where was all the righteous anger from 2001-2009? Where were the protests when Bush was committing the country to trillions of dollars in war spending and billions in socialist medicare spending?
Seems to me, that Democrat, Republican, Tea Party, they're all the same. The leaders are power-hungry sociopaths looking to grab everything that isn't bolted down, and the adherents and supporters are being taken for a very sad ride...
You're right -- there are different levels/types of intrusiveness. The invasive social edicts of the Republicans and other rightist factions have driven me from the GOP. Hell if I know who I'm going to vote for.
